About Kristen Mackey

Jim and I have witnessed many changes in the real estate market for more than thirty years. We currently live in Frisco, Texas and have spent time in Plano, and Flower Mound with our two daughters. We are currently serving on the distinguished Realtor Advisory Board for Matthews Southwest Community, The Tribute, and Certified Relocation A-Team Members. Kristen participates in our children's dance team, PTA/Room Parent Associations and as a Girl Scout leader. Jim has spent years in the new construction and remodel industry as well as Owner of Texas Mackey Custom Homes. Jim enjoys golfing and is a member of the newly acclaimed Frisco Gun Club. Working with builders, buyers and sellers the last nineteen years, we are well versed in many areas of development and desires for all types of buyers and sellers. Knowledge of all types of financing available and working with great trades in the industry provide our clients with all they will need. Training and Certification in Corporate Relocation and Affinity Network rounds out our strengths in real estate negotiations. We are excited to be selected as your agents! We cover many areas including but not limited to: Frisco, The Colony, Little Elm, Prosper, Celina, Aubrey, Cross Roads, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Lantana, N. We love to try new Restaurants and spend time down in Galveston taking our boat out and enjoying some ocean time!

Kristen and Jim made this experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. What I love about the Mackeys is that theyre with you until the very end and then some. This was our first time buying a house and when it came to closing, Kristen made sure to be there and clarify anything that didnt make sense to us. When something wasnt right on the paperwork, Kristen had no problem speaking up for us. Im so thankful for the Mackeys. The Mackeys were fantastic to work with. They came to our home, walked us through how the whole process would work, and helped us understand what pricing we should list our home for. They had done their research and we hit the nail on the head. We had an offer after less than 24 hours on the market. Though we had some funding hiccups with the buyer and the government shutdown, they kept in touch with everyone until we made it to a smooth closing once the government reopened. What could have ended up a total nightmare was handled well, and our home closed. Thank you to the Mackeys for all do your help, and we look forward to purchasing our next home with you!
