Kristen Kennon

Kristen is the owner of iRealty Arkansas and runs a real estate team that covers all of Central Arkansas.

Kristen's approach to real estate is about getting to know her clients as friends and taking care of them from beginning to end. Today, as a designated Realtor(R) specializing in the Central Arkansas market, Kristen couldn't ask for a better job. "It's an awesome feeling to live and work in an area with so many real estate opportunities. I've lived in Central Arkansas all of my life and every day I am more amazed at all that this area has to offer." As a full-time Executive Broker, she sees herself not as a sales person, but as a professional who guides her clients through the major life event of buying or selling a home. She always listens first to fully understand her clients' wants and needs; making sure they understand both the process and the significance of each decision they make and each document they sign; putting their best interests ahead of making a sale; and being available and responsive to them 24 hours a day. Her detailed marketing plan always includes social media exposure, distribution on multiple on-line platforms, professional photography, notification to her buyer list, and more.

Before starting at iRealty Arkansas in 2013, Kristen graduated from Henderson State University with a BS and MS in Sports Administration and became the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Jacksonville. Her experience not only honed her ability to solve problems, but taught her the excellent customer service skills she is known for. She is actively involved in her community serving as President of the Sertoma Club, Past President of Board of Director for the Jacksonville Boys and Girls Club and President of the NLR Profit Makers BNI Chapter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and sharing songs as the Parody Mom.
