The sale of our house was so easy, she handled everything and we received many offers after just one weekend of open houses. She was so caring and sensitive, taking into account everything, even scheduling around our ailing pets whom she treated with such loving care. Buying in this market is incredibly scary as offers are out of control. Kristen stayed calm when I got crazy and told us not to worry the right house will come along, she was 100% right, we are so glad we put our faith in her. ZillowVERIFIEDWe were the fussy buyers that Kristen was so patient with. Most other Realtors would have given up on us but not Kristen. It took almost two years for us to find the condo we wanted. Once we did we were out of State and could not go view it in person. Kristen went took pictures and we fell in love with it. She walked us through the entire purchase and we bought the condo without ever actually seeing it in person until we passed papers. We could never have done it without Kristens expertise. We would highly recommend Kristen as its obvious to most people that she truly goes the extra mile for her clients. Thank you again Kristen for working as hard as you did for us.
