I have worked with some great people through the years, not every transaction is the same. Each client has now become part of my family. We work together and communicate throughout to make it as smooth as possible for all.
One of my latest transactions was a blast. It was a family of 4, it included 4 generations. We saw 15 houses in 1 day, that was a trip. Of course each one had their personal favorite so the next day we saw the top 4. It came down to the Matriarch of the family deciding on their forever home. We had a lot of laughs through the process, seeing all different styles of homes. Looking forward to many more like this. I have be very humbled with all my clients, it makes me smile everyday.
My best friend is a Real Estate instructor who got me into this field. I was in Healthcare for 35 yrs and decided it was time to use those skills in another direction.
The best thing I have learned in my life is ask questions. If you ask a question and don't get the answer you thought, ask that question in another way. Make sure you know how to communicate properly to everyone. If I learn something new every day it was a GREAT day.
