We met Kristen Burton by chance at an open house and ended up choosing her as our realtor when we purchased a home. We are so happy we did! She was very helpful and communicative, and we felt comfortable with every step of the process due to her. At closing the seller's agent (who hadn't known her prior) told us we were fortunate to have her, as she was VERY persuasive in the negotiations. She responded to any text, call, or email very quickly and was available for us evenings and weekends. I recommend her without hesitation!
