Krista started out with a simple offer to help and never bothered pestered us again until we reached out to tell her it was GO time! She took her time, drove out of her way for showings to an area she doesnt usually frequent, and was ALWAYS responsive! She was extremely knowledgeable of what we could run into for hurdles, what might be a red flag, and what was a great fit for our family! She is flexible in not pushing certain professionals on you just because they align with what is typical or beneficial to her or her team. She allowed and encouraged us to branch out and utilize a pieced together team that would most efficiently allow us to close on our new family home. She made it obvious she was there for the benefit of us and nobody else! When someone needed to stand up and say aEURoethis isnt rightaEUR? or aEURoeplease be patientaEUR? to those who may have needed a reminder, she did not hesitate. She bent over backward to accommodate our needs including selflessly making less on our sale than she truly deserved in order to make it possible. We shared many laughs along the way, and between the stresses of my current 3rd trimester pregnancy coupled with the stress of this huge purchase, she even listened to me struggle through the tough days as well. She wont tell you what you WANT to hear, but she WILL tell you what you NEED to hear and it saves so much trouble throughout the process! We closing just under 30 days which is super unusual and have moved things in to our family home just in time to bring home our new baby! Highly recommend!
