Krista is a very engaged realtor who helped us throughout our entire experience of selling our parents house where we grew up and they lived for 63 years. From the beginning, Krista sat with us and described her recommended processes, and the help that she would provide and coordinate. She then guided us in preparing the house and all of its contents, and she was patient with us on removing things and cleaning and painting appropriate areas. She conducted an estate sale herself, and methodically organized and hired aspects of removing everything else left behind afterward. She even coordinated selling additional items. In the end, Krista coordinated the buyers and sellers teams and communicated with us all along the way. It turned out to be a good experience, and my family is forever grateful for her expertise, care, and work. She enabled us to quickly sell their house and get a good price for my parents to use in their new retirement home. Thank you Krista!
