About Krista Jelsky

Buying my first home in 2010 ignited my interest in real estate. The excitement of the home-buying process inspired me to help others achieve their dreams of homeownership. As both a Mortgage Loan Originator and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), I am uniquely positioned to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey, from securing financing to finding the perfect home. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is my passion. My dedication to clients and love of helping others are what motivate me the most. I am particularly fascinated by architecture, especially the works of "Detroit's architect" Albert Kahn. In my free time, I love to explore new cities, read, and cook. Volunteering is also close to my heart, and for every home I sell, I make a donation to Children's Hospital of Michigan to support medical research initiatives and provide life-saving care to local kids. I am extremely proud to be a part of the Remax family. Krista is an extremely knowledgeable realtor, not only is she an excellent research person to find you a home in a location you're looking to buy but she also has a great deal of home knowledge as far as what kind of updates have been done that currently benefit the home and what the best improvements could be done to increase the homes value! She works all hours of the day and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I could not ask for anyone better to help with the whole home buying process!

Krista was awesome to work with! With how crazy the housing market is it took us almost eight months to find the perfect home. Krista was so patient and encouraging. When houses popped up and knew we needed to see it ASAP Krista was always quick to respond. She was wonderful at working with us to find times that fit in our crazy work schedules to see houses. Krista was so helpful in pointing out things which may be a concern down the road and helped give insight in what replacements and repairs might cost. As first time home buyers she walked us through the important things to think about when buying a house and the entire process. We knew we could ask her anything and if it was something she was unfamiliar with she would find the answer. We really valued her opinions and advice! She helped us find our perfect starter home!
