About Krista Callahan-Gray

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, excellent communication, market knowledge, effective negotiation skills, marketing skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I put my client's needs above all else, and treat everyone how I'd wish to be treated. One of my main goals is to help my clients navigate the process of buying and selling their homes at the best price and earn high reviews, referrals, and repeat business from them. I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to their needs. My Bachelors Degree in Communications helps me strive to provide excellent service to my clients. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. My family has bought, remodeled, built, and sold homes throughout the years and I have a great passion for Real Estate because of it. I started my Home Ownership journey in 2000 and worked in the Mortgage Industry which sparked my desire to get licensed. My husband is a Licensed General Contractor with a Plumbing License and he has been a huge asset to my business. I use the latest technologies to provide my clients with quick and efficient service. As a member of the Fresno and California Regional MLS I am able to pull the most accurate information for my clients. Whether you are new to the market or an experienced investor, my team and I have the expertise, proven track record, and resources to help you achieve your real estate goals.
