Dishonest as they come. We put in an offer on a house he was selling and he informed our agent that there were multiple other offers coming in and that each offer had to submit their best price. We set our best price at 20k above asking. Two days later our agent informs us there were no other offers but Kris wanted to know if we were willing to pay our best price. We told our agent that if he is willing to lie about other offers and attempt to deceive us into paying 20k above the asking price, without a single other offer, we were pulling our offer entirely. Come to find out that Kris never gave our initial offer to his clients. No wonder their house has been on the market for 100+ days. This guy is something else

This group has given us the worst experience we?ve ever had. My husband and I are wanting to move after the New Year, so we are researching realtors and houses to see what?s available in the area we want. We have interviewed a few different realtor groups to see who?s a better fit for us, and this group will not stop harassing us. After speaking with another group who is a better fit, we told Kris we are going another direction and weren?t interested. He still pressured us for a week asking to come see the house we are selling to get a feel for what we could get out of it. After we finally said yes, we scheduled a time for Friday afternoon(12/10/21) and he told us he?d be at our house at 11am. On Thursday(12/9/21), my husband worked a 16 hours shift and didn?t get home until roughly 8:30pm, Kris was texting him saying he had a physical therapy appointment and needed us to reschedule. We told him to just cancel, as we?ve decided to work with another group, and he wouldn?t stop blowing up my husbands phone with times he?s available to reschedule. The next day12/10/21, he called my husband at early in the morning asking if he could come take a look at the house right then. Of course, my husband who had worked all day the day before, was asleep and missed the call. Kris called again at roughly 10am, asking if ?we were still on for 11am? and my husband responded with ?no you had a physical therapy appointment, and we want to cancel?. He then told us angrily that he canceled his appointment for us(he didn?t communicate in anyway he was going to cancel his physical therapy appointment), just so he could look at our house. We then told him we would not like to be contacted anymore, and he called 2 or 3 more times Friday afternoon. Today is Monday, and Kris is still blowing up my husbands phone saying ?I don?t give up on people?, to the point that we have no choice but to block the number. They?ve called again twice, within 10 minutes of each call. 4:53 pm and 5:01pm. Super unprofessional and does not listen to the customers wants/needs. Really do not recommend this group.

Kris has now help my wife and me sell a home and purchase a home. Kris is the real deal: kind and knowledgeable. Hell even bring doughnuts and drinks while lending a hand in the move.

Kris was with us from start to finish. As first time home buyers, we knew very little about the process or how to make sure the home we?re getting was worth buying, especially in 2020! Responses to questions were quick, any recommendations he made (lenders, insurers, inspectors, etc) were reliable and offered competitive prices, and he held us to our budget during negotiations. With a short timeline and young newlywed budget, we found an amazing place to start our family thanks to Kris. My wife and I love our new home and can?t recommend him enough for anyone needing a good realtor.
