We got matched up with Kris while browsing through Redfin. We didn't have any expectations other than to see what houses were looking like, in the current market and hoping to move out of apt maybe this year or the next. She followed up with us, was very responsive and efficient in setting up appointments for walk throughs. Kris set us up quickly with a lender contact to have a pre approval ready for when we find "the one." Soon after, we found a home we considered offering, and the rest of the process fell into place very quickly and painlessly. All the correspondence, document submissions and signatures were mostly digital or via text and email, which was very helpful for me working nights at the hospital and I'm not as easily available for in person appointments or phone calls. Closing went smooth and on the predicted date. She took the time to personally make sure the house was ready to deliver the day before closing, and also made us a sweet welcome home gift which meant a lot. She was still readily available for questions even after closing. Could not recommend her enough.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kris Watson. She continuously showed professionalism through out our home selling and buying process. Kris did an amazing job as our realtor! We weren't sure if we wanted to build a house or purchase and we were all over the metroplex in our interest in where we wanted to reside. Kris was patient with us while we figured it out. She never rushed us and was happy to show us any house in any area eventhough we could've made the decision to build at any time. We found our dream house and Kris was on it with the negotiations! She was very responsive, creative and went to bat for us! With the market at a volatile high, we put in our carefully crafted, creative bid thinking it wouldn't be chosen because of multiple offers.
