He helped me and my significant other secure an apartment for which our applications were previously passed over. I couldn't recommend him enough. He's incredibly professional, kind, and courteous. He didn't answer all of my questions immediately, but there were times when that was likely unnecessary and/or he was probably busy with other clients. Overall, he was tremendously helpful, responsive, and just a genuinely good person. When we are finally able to and decide to look for a house, he will be the first person we call.

Choosing Kris to help us find and purchase our first home was a no-brainer. Licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin, he was able to show us all of the houses we were interested in, almost immediately. He did his research, followed up on red flags, and got back to us right away for everything. When we finally found our home, he jumped right into us putting an offer in, and made sure our needs were met. He was on top of the process the entire time, making our experience seamless and honestly quite fun, in such a stressful purchase. We highly recommend Kris, especially for first time home buyers.
