this was our first time as sellers. This was a family home so it was very important to us to not only get what was a fair market value but to hopefully see another family grow with it. Kris provided both! she was wonderful to work with, she aswered all our questions, which there were alot, and guided us on the best route to sell our home. we were absolutely astonighed to get a full ask offer on the first day on the market, and within 30 days our sale was complete ( and by the way, a new family bought our home as well) . We would definitely recommend kris and her firm to anyone we know as she made the journey as painless as possible. We couldn't be happier!

Kris helped me locate and buy a home after my divorce and made the process so easy. She did a super job negotiating the contract and communicated with me throughout the process. Don't get me wrong, we did have a few hiccups, but they were due to the seller/seller's agent and Kris worked through them professionally and timely.
