Kris was amazing, she not only help me fix up my condo and sell it, she also help me with the process of building and buying a new home! She had our backs the whole way. Kris is a fantastic agent and I would recommend her to anyone. We purchased our home during the height of the pandemic when market dynamics were unpredictable and moving fast was required. Kris responded to our messages on New Year's Eve about a coming soon home that very night and facilitated collaborating with the listing agent and getting an offer together before the property was even on the market. The sellers did choose to list the property and collect all offers but Kris worked with us to amend our offer based on various factors that we observed during the listing period and in the end, the sellers took our offer. In previous home transactions I have done, it seemed like the due diligence process and getting to loan closing was super stressful, but Kris handled everything very professionally, making it as low stress as possible. If you're looking for a home in the Winston-Salem area and you want an agent who is responsive, knowledgeable, receptive, and actually quite friendly...then call Kris!
