Kris was very helpful and went above and beyond as a realtor go help. She not only did regular realtor job, but also helped manage the work that still needed to be finished on the house; communicated and coordinated with the contractor,the house cleaner; found an available tree service after the storm blew down and broke a large tree; call in to city about power line down; hire the manager to keep yard looking trimmed; managed payments to tree service and moving company. We live out of state and Kris helped to take care of things that we weren't able to take care of from being far away. We relied on Kris to be not only our trusted advisor, but also a property manager of sorts. Definitely recommend Kris for helping to sell your property!
