Kris is the most passionate, knowledgeable Realtor I?ve ever met. I trust her expertise in the local market as well as her knowledge of industry/economic trends. Her ?responsiveness? deserves 10 stars because what she does for her clients go well beyond typical Realtor services. Within about 24 hours of reaching out to her we had an executed contract. Her negotiation skills also exceed the 5-star rating. Savvy is how I describe her because we would not have gotten the house without her.
