We loved working with Kory to buy a dream plot of land and build a home on it in Redding. It?s safe to say that without his help, guidance and expert knowledge we wouldn?t have been able to complete the purchase. As an out of town / international purchaser we knew little about the local process and it?s intricacies but Kory carefully guided us through the whole journey, explaining what we didn?t know or understand and helping us iron out the wrinkles, going above and beyond to make the project happen. Kory was an excellent agent for my wife and I. He was very patient with all of our questions and where he might not know the answer, he took the time to find out. He spent time with each of us to better understand what we were each looking for and helped us to find a good home. He was also very good about understanding what drove each of us which better enabled him to find us houses that better matched what we were looking for as well as supporting us through the negotiation process.

Kory gave excellent honest advice, even when it was obviously not what I wanted to hear. He helped me walk through the process of selecting a property, helping me to ask the right questions so I could understand what my additional costs would be. In my case I was buying a vacant lot to build a house on. He provided and facilitated connections with professionals, and advised which public departments (and where) would be able to give me other information. Regularly, often daily (as needed) he would call just to keep me updated and to ensure I knew what came next, helping me through the process each step of the way. At two stages he provided guidance in negotiations and of course acted as intermediary, and I was satisfied whith the results both times. Looking back, I can not think of anything he could have done to be more of help in the process, and I am happy with my purchase.
