We started working with Korby in Jan. 2020 and we concentrated on finding a place in the Mauna Lani or Waikoloa resort areas. Korby is very knowledgeable about these areas and did an excellent job of communicating with us during the pandemic by sending newsletters with market updates and new listings. When travel resumed to normal in 2021 Korby helped us find our dream condo in Waikoloa. He has a very approachable personality and is quick is responding via phone, email or text. We are also working with him in managing our condo as a short term rental and has gone "the extra mile" in helping us get it ready. We have enjoyed working with him.
