ZillowVERIFIEDFirst things first; Richard (Rick) and I have been friends for years. So when it came time to sell my home in Sherman Oaks it was an easy decision. Moving is very stressful. With Rick & Kristen selling your home the stress level is zero. Here is the process. 1) Met with them and did a walkthrough of the condo. Signed some paperwork. 2) Met with them again the day before we moved and gave them the keys. Thats the end of the process. The took care of everything.
