After more than a year of searching for a home with no success, I took a break and started fresh with Jana Kading as my agent. I already knew and liked Jana and we were a good fit. By this time I had looked enough to know what I wanted and in less than a week I was under contract. The next few weeks can be very stressful with financing, inspections and negotiating fine points. Jana made it all a breeze. Just a few computer clicks and documents were signed and sent back, I wound up with a good home warranty thrown in and some other perks too. Through closing and beyond Jana was great and I am very thankful. A member of her team introduced me to a contractor who was able to redo some things in the house for me making that easy as well. A very good experience thanks to Janas apps, personality and knowledge! After that we fixed, listed and sold my previous home after only a week or so on the market.
