Kirk was amazing the entire time I worked with him. He came prepared to the first meeting with knowledge of the area and the market. When things changed, like rates, he was very prompt in letting me know. The entire way he would check in even if there wasnt a showing happening or much that was needed on my end from the sale. Kirk was able to anticipate a lot of the needs I would have as a seller and was efficient in making sure I was aware of the timeline. We got connected with Kirk through a mutual family member who had just purchased a house with his help and had heard amazing things. Kirk was professional, punctual, patient, and super helpful for us first time home buyers! We had a few properties in mind that we wanted to check out and gave him a description of what we were looking for.
