About Kirby O'Brien
As a licensed Realtor since 2014, I bring over a decade of experience and a true passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals in the Dayton, OH area. Originally from Cincinnati, my husband Adam O'Brien--also a dedicated Realtor--and I moved to Dayton nine years ago, where we've planted roots and remodeled several homes ourselves. Bittersweet transaction. My client had a big unfortunate life change. Decided to downsize and move out of state. I was able to quickly get them under contract at the Net they wanted. Navigated this transaction with understanding and compassion. Used my preferred vendor connections for an easier process for my client. There were some bumps along the way, like any real estate transaction but we quickly found a solution for all!
I got started in Real Estate, young. I always have had a love for houses, especially bringing old houses back to life again. I learned this from my grandparents. I got into my first investment deal with a family member with 0 contracts in place. Learned a big life lesson, got licensed in 2014 and made a promise to myself I will always know and use proper documents to ensure myself and clients are protected from start to finish. From there my career has taken off and grown in ways I am very proud of.
