ZillowVERIFIEDI had used another agency but it didn't work out. I reached out to Kiran based solely on the number of transactions listed in Zillow. I'm so glad I did. This guy is sharp, very intelligent and knows when to hold and knows when to fold. Let me explain. I was selling my house and moving out of state at the same time. Talk about a stress inducer. Kiran knew when to let me blow off steam when I screamed about backing out of a deal. If he had of done what I asked, I may have lost the deal. But he instinctively knew to hold off for a few hours until I had time to rationally think things over. Also, Kiran was super responsive - he answered most all of my calls and all texts very quickly and only missing a few which he profusely explained why. At one point, we were getting good traffic with nary an offer. Then Kiran suggested bringing in an interior decorator. He rearranged a few things here and there. It turned out that the very next buyers that viewed it made an offer. I highly recommend Kiran and his great team for an outstanding job.
