Kira is fabulous!!! Fives, Fives, Fives across the board. We moved from Phoenix, AZ to the Cleveland area and she was the best. Several times she made us walk through videos so that we could view the properties from across the country. The first video we watched I would pause to make a comment to my husband about a feature of the house and then when we resumed the video, Kira said the exact same thing. This happened several more times through out that video and several others. It was very reassuring to hear that we were on the same wavelength. Kira went above and beyond every step of the way and I highly recommend her!

Kira is not only Cleveland's Coolest Realtor, but also the most courageously honest realtor. Her integrity and drive cannot be beat!!As an out of state, first time home buyer, there was so much I didn't know, and needed to learn. There was so much I couldn't personally see, but Kira quickly became a trusted partner in the while process. She was incredibly responsive, so I never felt like I missed out on an opportunity, just because I wasn't there. As soon as practicable, she would go visit properties and upload videos to a shared drive for me to review. Kira understood what I was looking for pretty quickly, and would immediately alert me, if in person a home really wasn't going to be the right fit. Sometimes, as enticing as a listing or photos might seem, you just don't know til you get there. And Kira was a true advisor and thought partner, when I couldn't be there, personally.She is also super networked! Whether it was mortgage, insurance, or something else, she is always open to sharing her contacts and championing others.This might be the first, but won't be my last purchase, and I know I'll be working with Kira again in the future!
