My husband and I have bought and sold a number of homes in the East Side neighborhood of Providence as well as Pawtucket, always with top-rated realtors in terms of sales volume. Kira Greene is unquestionably the most professional, engaged, responsive and personable realtor we have used. In addition, Kira is an excellent marketer and negotiator, and she has a deep understanding of the right timing to sell your house. Kira devised a brilliant strategy to sell our home, and it was under contract within two days of it being listed with a sales price that was 10% over the asking price without any contingencies. The whole process was seamless and smoothly executed. Equally important, Kira made the selling experience enjoyable because she listened to our concerns and input without ego getting in the way. She made us feel like we were the most important clients despite the fact that many of the other properties she was selling were multi-million dollar homes. Kira is the best and we can't recommend her highly enough!

Kira was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about the market. She convinced me to move up the selling date to beat the competition and get a more advantageous price on my house, and she was right! I had a bidding war and received 15% above the asking price! From the start, Kira gave me the exact timeline of the things needed to be done before the sale and even hired an organizer to start the process, which helped me a great deal as I was so overwhelmed. Her negotiation skills and timing of selling my house was impeccable. I'm more than thrilled to have her representing me and take care of me throughout the stressful period of selling a home. If there were 10 stars to be given, I would wholeheartedly give her ten stars and plus more! The only downside of it is that now I have to pay a huge capital gain taxes!
