Kira was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about the market. She convinced me to move up the selling date to beat the competition and get a more advantageous price on my house, and she was right! I had a bidding war and received 15% above the asking price! From the start, Kira gave me the exact timeline of the things needed to be done before the sale and even hired an organizer to start the process, which helped me a great deal as I was so overwhelmed. Her negotiation skills and timing of selling my house was impeccable. I'm more than thrilled to have her representing me and take care of me throughout the stressful period of selling a home. If there were 10 stars to be given, I would wholeheartedly give her ten stars and plus more! The only downside of it is that now I have to pay a huge capital gain taxes!
