My wife and I were looking for a unit for our family to enjoy and to rent out when we are not using it. Kinsey knew the different buildings and had excellent contacts with some property management companies as well as finance companies that specialize in these types of properties. It was really full service and very helpful. Also, because we were not in town, Kinsey went above and beyond by providing video tours and links that assisted us in making a selection. Even in this hot market where things are selling at or above asking, he was able to negotiate a deal that was about 20K below the going price. Always polite and eager to please, diligent in his follow-up and organized in his approach he oversaw each step of the process, sent reminders and checked in regularly. I would without hesitation use Kinsey again and recommend him to any of my friends/family.
