The very next day she began sending me listings that matched exactly what I had asked her for. She worked through the listings before she sent them to me to ensure that they met all my needs. I was amazed. The homes that I starred, she immediately went and took videos of those homes the very next day! I fell in love with the first home she sent me. I didn't think I would like it through the pictures that I saw, but when she did the walkthrough for me, I knew it was the one for me! She negotiated repairs and even had the seller reduce the price. She helped me find a lender that was very helpful as a first-time buyer. She was always available by phone, text, or email whenever I had a question or a worry. I was looking for homes for months before I met KC and when I found her, she helped me get the first home I put an offer for!
