Ask them about fees, and any discounts they may offer as you list with them. Ask plenty of questions about marketing advantages they can provide for you. Will they hire a professional photographer, assist with staging, generate virtual tours? Can they provide you with some references from past clients? Not everyone takes time to provide online feedback but they are happy to talk with you about their experience of their agent when they listed their home with them.

I wanted to be self-governing in a career that is relationship centered and serves people. In 2019 I took the plunge and left my former full time employment in order to put all of my energy into a real estate career.

I have worked in helping professions my entire life. Education experience in multi-faceted, but connected, areas of study including, but not limited to social-psychology, marketing, communication, research, anthropology, outdoor recreation, conflict resolution, mediation and negotiation, and various professions. In my formal jobs I have been a treatment counselor and case manager, an educator, teacher, professor and academic advisor, program manager, coach, service agent, probation provider, peer and team leader. I have a Master's Degree from Eastern Mennonite University in Conflict Studies such as mediation, negotiation, resolution, community organizing, restorative justice, and healthy organizations.
