Kim was professional and sold our little house in just 4 days in the middle of January. From her initial inspection of the property and her advice on pricing and how to show property, her advice was spot on. She said she would call in 4 days with offers and while I didnt believe it possible, she definitely made a believer of me!!! Highly recommend her to anyone!!! Great followup and takes on homes regardless of size. She is a marvelaEUR|.great to work with and I only wish she could help me buy a house in Florida where we are moving.
