Kim is simply the BEST! This review isnt about her selling us a home. We loved the home and knew we were going to buy it. It was her responsiveness, her relatability and negotiating skills that really impressed us. There were times, as we approached closing, that got a little difficult with the sellers and she was firm with ensuring that all agreements were executed to our satisfaction. She didnt disappear after the closing either. I say that because I know I bothered her a number of times and she was always happy to help, even if it meant contacting the sellers agent. Shes really easy to talk to, like youve been neighbors for years. Everything has been harder during COVID but she made this process so easy. So if youre in the market to buy or sell a home you should give her a call first!
