Kim Veronesi's passion for real estate began when she purchased her first piece of land in Colchester and built her family home with her husband. Building her own home, Kim learned how to navigate Town offices, from the Town Clerk's land records to the intricacies of the Building Department. Enjoying the building process and with her husband's home building business growing, becoming a Realtor in 1999 was her next step. After raising her family and being involved in the local community, she moved to Salem to follow another passion, her love of animals. Kim currently cares for and manages a horse property. Still residing in New London County, she has an advanced knowledge of the local market and a personal connection to the area.
