I was not pleased with the service l received I from that realty place it was not as professional as I would have liked to have been I did not deal with Miss Kimberly on a 1on 1 I dealt with her assistance in talking with Miss Kimberly I was always refer back to her assistance she did not follow my case all the way through it was handled by someone else a lot of things were done a little backwards and not the way that it was explained to me in the beginning. We ran across a couple of difficulties some on my behalf and the other was. communication between Realtors the buyers and the title company was not clear. For example t we found out in mid-stream that we had a title lien on a home from the federal government that should have been found out in the beginning which cause a big delay in the sell of my home ... Once i got all of that fixed and settled out the IRS request a full payout paperwork from the realtor company the repair papers we're not submitted repairs on the house paperwork should have been turned in with the request receive from IRS instead they gave them to me at the end of the sells of my home Although it wasn't a big deal I asked them if they could take care of those repair cost because of their lateness and turning in the forms to receive their money and they told me they could not I think out of respect for their mistake they should have taken care of those bills which was about $300.. this was their mistake not mine .
