We met Kim over 2 years ago when my husband and I were just curious on a home that was having a Open House, at the time we were not in a possession to buy so Kim took our number and promised to check in from time to time. We are so glad she did, once we were in a possession to buy she helped us be in touch with all the right people for the loan processes. She is not only professional, she is also willing to go that extra mile when it comes to finding and securing that Dream Home as she did when we were able to finally find ours during a time when the market was HOT!

Kimberly is trustworthy, very easy to work with and knows how to get the job done. She has a great personality and does what she says she will do when she says she will do it even when on vacation. After a bad deal with another realtor she came to speak to me. She listened to my concerns, gave me suggestions, listed my home and within a few days we had a buyer. From start to finnish she was available to help me understand the buying process. With being a first time home buyer, kim took a lot of the stress off my mind. She listened to what I was looking for in a house and property and didnt try pushing/showing me any homes that didnt meet my requirements. Even after closing she checked in to see if everything was alright and if I had any new home owners questions. I do not have home buyers remorse because of how she tried to locate the right layout i was looking for. I would and will recommend kim if anyone is looking for a realtor because she cares.
