Wow, so I just completed my 8th real estate transaction with Kimberly and JamesaEUR| and AGAIN they made what was a complex purchase so easy, efficient, and a success. Their work ethic and patience with their clients is unheard of in todays market. This time, it took a crazy amount of time to find the right property- it took almost 2 years and they showed me something like 25 properties over that duration. In the course of selling out townhouse, we had the opportunity to interview several realtors. Many of them were very nice, however, Kimberly stood out both professionally and personally. She shared her experience in the market and provided insights to our specific geographic location. We were impressed with her strategy to market the townhouse, she shared her Comparative Market Analysis, and how to price it in a tight market. Kimberly and James worked hard and creatively during the Open House and sales process, soliciting 4 offers on our townhouse.
