Kimberly recently helped me sell one home and purchase another simultaneously, literally facilitating both properties closing within 24 hours of each other. It is an extremely stressful and daunting process but Kimberly somehow managed to make the process fun and so much easier than Id feared it would be. Every time I had any concerns about anything in the process she was able to completely eliminate them, and she was wonderful about taking into account every single one of my desires for a new home. A couple of weeks after moving I looked at the list I had created months and months ago with all my needs and wants for a new home. All the needs were met and nearly all of the wants. The home she found for me is so wonderful that the few wants I didnt get dont seem to matter so much after all.
