Kimberly has been a committed and reliable owner and manager of multiple properties for over twenty years. Kimberly learned the business first hand from both her parents and grandparents through their developing and contracting businesses in New York City. She relocated her family from New York to Del Mar and understands intimately the needs of families who relocate. Kimberly earned a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Design Graphics from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury, New York with an emphasis on architecture, interior design, and project management. She brought her fast-paced work ethic to her job at a Department of Defense general contractor in Carlsbad administering multi-million dollar projects.     Kimberly is very professional and passionate about her job. She is very efficient and kept us in the loop during the entire process. We started to sell the house with a different company and it was a complete disaster and wasted precious time; then Kimberly help us to sell the house within days of listing and over asking price. Then she was fenomenal helping us finding our new house and negotiating the price. Kimberly always looked out for us as if we were family and truly invested herself in this process. Reliable.
