Kim Moffitt was a super buyers agent and worked diligently for me in purchasing my home. I am not a new home buyer and I have worked with multiple real estate agents in the past. I still put in an offer but the counter offer was still above what I was comfortable paying. Kim's negotiation skills enabled my to purchase my dream home at the price I could afford.
