ZillowVERIFIEDI have known Kim now for over 10 years. In those 10 years she helped my purchase my first home, sell my first home, and purchase the one I am currently in and loving right now. I had a very specific area and wish list for my current home and Kim was very patient with me while we looked as several close but not quite Then one day I got an email from her saying she was pretty sure she found the one, and she was correct. After that she made the process of purchasing my new home, while getting ready to sell my current home as simple and painless as possible. She is organized, efficient, and extremely responsive when you need her. Both the sale of my former home and the purchase of my current home went off without any glitches. Kim made this process as stress free as possible. Over the years I have also sent my family and friends to Kim for help and they have also had wonderful experiences. While I plan to stay put for the foreseeable future, I will certainly continue to recommend Kim and her team to anybody looking for help with either the buying or selling process!
