Kimberly Harley

Kimberly Harley was born and raised on Philadelphia's Main Line, in Bryn Mawr and attended the Lower Merion School District Schools. She began her career as a receptionist after school at a Main Line Real Estate office to learn the inner workings and background of Real estate at the tender age 15. After obtaining her license 18 years ago, she began a career as a Conveyancer for a top producing Main Line Realtor. After that, Kimberly started to expand her knowledge by accepting a position as a Portfolio Manager for one of the Country's largest HOA and Condo Management firms which landed her in Atlanta while always selling real estate on the side. After the passing of her beloved father and 6 years in Atlanta, Kimberly decided she wanted to return to where her heart was and relocated back to the Main Line. Before long, Kimberly was an assistant Manager to a boutique Main Line Luxury office which produced just under $100,000,000 per year. Under her assistance, one of the top producing agents went from $25mm to $65mm a year. This experience allows Kimberly to have a unique perspective and vast knowledge of the selling aspect of real estate, all laws as governed not just by the Commission but also the MLS, as well as Governing Documents of Condo and HOA Laws, in addition to being a notary. With such varying knowledge she is able to offer her clients a service that is widely unmatched throughout the industry. If dealing with a seller, Kimberly can literally educate them with the specifics of what will be required from contract to close. Yet, she can also draw on her negotiation skills due to her background in Management which entailed a great deal of negotiating and conflict resolution. When representing buyers, she is able to put answer many questions regarding the area she serves as resident and growing up locally. Due to her love of decor and architecture, she is great at helping buyers envision themselves in the right home, and her love of peo0ple makes the journey fun! At home, Kimberly is a mom of 2 wonderful boys, and the wife of a Veteran and loves to cook for them. She is a Member of the NAACP Main Line Chapter, activist for justice reform, National Association of Professional Women, Mentor through Montgomery County People Helping People Free. Once studying Internati0onal Foods, she also enjoys creating recipes to share with her extremely large family.
