Buying a house can be a grueling process, from searching for the perfect home that checks all your boxes, to submitting an offer and waiting for a response, to navigating the mountain of paperwork once your offer is accepted. My husband and I recently purchased our first home together and used Kim as our agent, and it was truly the smoothest experience we could have hoped for. Ive purchased a home on my own before, and I hated every step of it. It felt stressful and invasive, and I never felt comfortable. Working with Kim was the complete oppositeaEUR"she made the process fun, exciting, and stress-free. Any time we found a home we wanted to see (or she found one for us), she had a walkthrough scheduled immediately, which we greatly appreciated, especially in todays fast-paced market where homes can go pending within 24 hours. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable and confident in what she does, she knows the business better than anyone. She was able to answer every question we threw her way and we asked a lot! We needed to both buy and sell quickly, and within just a few months, she helped us find a home we absolutely loved and went above and beyond to make it ours.
