My experience with Kim was amazing! My wife and I purchased our first home in 2021 with the help of Kim Foster. It was a scary first experience, but Kim guided us through the process. As a first-time homebuyer, the trait I appreciated the most was Kim's patience. I always thought realtors would be aggressive and push homes on their buyers, but not Kim. She told us, "Take the time you need, you're going to live in it." She was real. Fast forward two-and-a-half years to the end of 2023, my wife and I had decided to move outside the state for a job opportunity. So who did we call? Kim. In our minds, if there was anyone who could get the house sold it was Kim. She is very personable, patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She understand the market and knows how to match the right buyer for the home. In other words, if you're a growing young family, she knows where to look for homes; if you're retiring and are looking for a home near the beach, she knows where to look. In early December 2023 when we put our home on the market, Kim said, "we should have this sold by next month." My first comment was, "that's aggressive, can we do it in this housing market and over the holidays?" Well, she did it. On January 1st, funny enough, she called my wife and I to let us know that we had offers. I was like, "what!!!!" The thing is, Kim isn't trying to force a home on someone, she is so great at communicating that she learns about the buyer preferences, their budgets, and their plans, then, she focuses on showing the right home to the buyers. Granted, if the buyer has a home they want to see, she'll show it and give her honest opinions. On the process side of buying/selling a home. Kim does it all! I can't tell you what a relief it was to just focus on getting our family ready for moving up north and knowing that the home selling was in-progress. Literally, my family was scheduled to move into the new apartment by January 27th, and Kim was able to find a buyer willing to expedite the process and buy by January 21st. In other words, she matched the right buyer to the right seller. She understood her client(s). Not to mention, the process of appraisal and performing the minor maintenance and repairs needed to get the home ready for inspection, all Kim. She gave us the option to handle it, or just said, "I'll handle it. All you need to do is specify the date that is good for you." I can't emphasis enough what a smooth process it was. Overall, Kim is a fantastic person and realtor! She is sweet, patient, knowledgeable, a great coordinator, and the list goes on. I highly recommend her if you're a homebuyer or a home sellers. Our family is in the process of looking for a new home in another state, but we plan to give Kim a call to ask for a referral. She always seems to "know a guy." If we could, we'd go with Kim again. I promise you; you won't be disappointed. Kim will give you honest feedback and let you know if the market is right for your preferences and budget. This will help you reconfigure your plan to better fit the market. We highly recommend Kim!

Kimberley helped me find a rental house back in 2014 when I moved from California to Florida. And by that I mean she found the place, we discussed it over the phone and I leased it, sight unseen before I left California. I was not disappointed, so since then, she has been my realtor of choice through the purchase and sells of 2 other homes over the last 10 years. My last sell was again another move from Florida to Ohio, where I moved out of State before the house was sold. Kim took that sell on and handled everything for me. With me being out of state, she made periodic visits to the house, helped keeping up with the maintenance until the property sold/closed. To say she went above and beyond what other realtors may do, would be a gross understatement. Unfortunately, with moving out of state, I've had to retain a different Realtor for my home purchase here. The differences are staggering, and I fear I will never be able to find a realtor who was as helpful, or effective as Kim. She has set a standard that will likely never be matched. So, if you're looking for a top tier, first in class Realtor, I would highly recommend Kimberley.
