KIm helped us buy and sell a home recently. We had worked with a couple of agents and were underwhelmed for various reasons. Kim is by far the most assertive, accessible, knowledgeable and hardworking agent we've known. She gave us great advice and wrote an offer that was accepted quickly in a very difficult market. We were also able to sell our house at a higher price than we anticipated. Throughout the process, Kim was responsive and knowledgeable. She was always available to help when we were not able to attend inspections or estimates, and gave great recommendations when we needed movers, cleaners or contractors. We are grateful for all of her efforts; she made this process much less painful.

We bought our house with the help of Kim and she was amazing. She was super efficient and helpful. She responded immediately for every question and request we had regarding the property. She put so much time on to it, finding people to fix things and meeting our demands as the sellers agent Jesse Hoffman was not helpful at all. If not for Kim we would not have bought this house. We highly recommend Kim for others who look for homes as their real estate agent.
