We moved across country from California to Florida just over a year ago. My husband found Kimberly at The Falker Group online. The first conversation with Kimberly was about an hour long and she instantly took an interest in helping us with our move. We had been searching on Zillow for quite some time so we had a good handful of houses we wanted to see and one weekend to do it. Kimberly was able to arrange to see all of the houses that weekend. She was extremely patient and professional and listened as we verbalized our thoughts through each house. None of the houses worked out that day. While at dinner that night, I discovered one of my favorite homes that I thought had sold came back on the market. We called Kimberly at 8pm and within 10 minutes she had a meeting scheduled for us to see the house the very next morning. That is the house we bought. She had a calm and cool demeanor throughout the whole process and we are very grateful to have found her. Since we have been in this pandemic, she has regularly reached out to see if we need anything, to see how we are and to generally stay in touch just like a friend would do. I would highly recommend Kimberly Falker.
