good knowledge with real estate market in the area, great response to our needs. Not sure who was responsible, but when I made an offer of a few thousand dollars less than the asking price, I was told "there was three other offers made to the seller", so I told Kim to change the purchase agreement & gave the seller her asking price. However, after the closing, I asked the seller if she had any other offers on the property at the same time I made her my offer, she told me she did not have any other offers. Not sure if the agents were honest with me.
