Kim helped my boyfriend and I find a house to rent. We were struggling for probably a month or two just getting no responses from homes we had applied to, within a week of working with Kim she found us a gorgeous house that met all my requirements. She went above and beyond to proofread my application materials, respond to communication quickly, and tour homes with me. Were very thankful for her help and glad we found a great realtor just in time!

Kim listed and sold my mother's house which was my childhood home. My mother had recently passed away so, it was a difficult time for the family. From start to closing Kim was there with comfort, support and all the answers. She gave us great advise and tips as we prepared to put the house on the market. When she showed me the listing for the house I was amazed how well the house was portrayed. The overview Kim wrote for the listing was just amazing, as if she had lived there for 50 years. Once we went live with the listing there was an unbelievable amount of interest in the house and was sold in 3 days. Kim was very professional throughout and handle any issues with ease. Kim is the best there is in real estate!!!
