It doesn't matter how crazy your request may seem, if it's out there, she will find it. We lived in Buffalo NY looking for a house in Florida, didn't really know where, or what we really wanted, she helped us figure that out. With all of her years of experience, knowledge of the area and knowing what questions to ask to REALLY find out what each person wants, then what is really important to each person in the household. She did it. Once we found the house of our dreams she negotiated a fantastic deal on our behalf. Every home I was able to tour with her she pointed out several new things that I should keep in mind about either the property or the neighborhood. Whether that was restaurants in the area I should try, local parks I could on run in or areas of the property that looked neglected and might be points to push during negotiations. For example even though the property I purchased through Kimberlie was an aEURoeas isaEUR? sale. Kimberlie was able to convince the seller that they should repair part of the roof and have an electrician re-wire part of the house which wasnt to code. Kimberlie was a great realtor, who I plan to employ again in the future next time I sell this property/ buy a new home.Whether your a first time home buyer like me, looking for a place to retire or raise a family.
