I have worked with several agents in my lifetime, but Kimberlie is something special. She goes above and beyond to find you exactly, and I mean exactly what you are looking for. We lived in Buffalo NY looking for a house in Florida, didn't really know where, or what we really wanted, she helped us figure that out. Kimberlie is a great realtor, who is extremely knowledgeable about the local area, as a first time home buyer. She help guide me to find the perfect home for my own needs. Every home I was able to tour with her she pointed out several new things that I should keep in mind about either the property or the neighborhood. Whether that was restaurants in the area I should try, local parks I could on run in or areas of the property that looked neglected and might be points to push during negotiations. For example even though the property I purchased through Kimberlie was an aEURoeas isaEUR? sale. Kimberlie was able to convince the seller that they should repair part of the roof and have an electrician re-wire part of the house which wasnt to code.
