Kim was an awesome realtor. We went to look at a home she was listing and ended up showing us 4-5 more homes the same day. As soon as listings became available within our criteria she was on it. Kim was knowledgeable in a variety of things when it came down to buying a home and I definitely feel she went over and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Kim any day!

Kim was absolutely amazing. She helped my sell my Condo as well as helped me buy a new home. She was absolutely great! She went above and beyond what I feel many Realtors would ever do. The entire process from selling to buying was an absolute mess due to outside factors such as HOAs and Relocation companies and possibly a bad realtor, but Kim held everything together. She maintained communication with me, the other realtors, the lenders, the HOA, and everyone else involved to help make this a completely smooth process. At no point in time did I ever feel like Kim wasn't doing her best to get me and the buyers/sellers to the closing table. She was always responsive to my phone calls, emails and text messages. She promptly would call me about any offers. She guided me through my first sell of a property and laid out everything I needed to know and what to expect up front. When buying she worked diligently in searching for the right home. She took my needs and my wants and was diligent about finding houses that met my criteria. We were able to find a house in a single day due to her excellent work. I would recommend Kim to anybody who is looking for a Realtor that cares so much to ensure that you are happy and wants to make the entire process easy. I know Kim did SOOOOO much more behind the scenes that I wasn't privy to and I am forever grateful. I will use Kim again in the future and I recommend everybody use her as she is a rock star in this game.
