Kim was great to work with. She wanted us to define our goals for the move which was very helpful. If a property did not align with them we moved on. We found the perfect property and Kim negotiated a good price for us. Kim was fantastic to work with in selling my mother-in-laws home! The best part was how patient she was while we were looking for a retirement community and then the timeline we set to move out. Kim did a wonderful job assisting us with the sale of my parents' home. We met with her multiple times over the course of several months as we prepared to put the home on the market (and before we even signed an agreement with her) and she was exceedingly helpful, kind, and patient. She has a deep knowledge of the local market and an extremely knowledgeable and experienced agent. She was also super helpful in arranging for additional work to be done at the property and her recommended handyman was very professional and reasonably priced. Once the house went on the market, she was very communicative and honest throughout the process and she really went the extra mile to get the house sold. I would absolutely recommend her without reservation.
