Kim Thomas and her team are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jasmine Munoz is a hard- charger that went above and beyond to answer the many questions that I had. She walked me through the entire process and explained what all the specific terms meant to the common peurchaser like me. Mark also helped present a pleasant experience. Kim, Jasmine , and Mark tok a random perosn from out of town that walked into their office and helped me step by step through the purchase. They are simply the BEST!!!

Kim and Jasmine did great...i was a little upset in the biggining because we paid for what the house was apraised for but come to find out house was really worth more than what it was first apraised so i was very happy after being informed....i thank them for being patient with me i know was fighting with negotiations but we finally came to an agreement and all worked out for the best.
