I worked with Kim Taylor for selling of my house. The timing for selling the house was not appropriate as the market was declining constantly and time was tough but then Kim proved to be tougher then the tough time :). She helped us with the staging, expedited and expanded the media advertising, conducted more open houses and at the end sold our house. She is more like the next-door realtor who cares about you, listens to you and prays along with you. I loved her energy and never give-up attitude. I would recommend her.

Tremendously smooth experience working with Kim. I'm an active duty Marine and was originally looking a house before a deployment but wasnt able to find one.
