Kim held our hand throughout the whole process, answered all our questions, referred us to the right people needed to get us into the home we wanted! She worked tirelessly, answering our call, texts, and emails promptly. She quickly arranged for us to see homes quickly and on short notice as we were traveling over an hour and a half to get to Middletown and surrounding areas from Bayside Queens. Kim made it possible for us in getting into the home we wanted. Also having Dave with her with his knowledge and flashlight was an extra bonus!
