The first step is actually talking to mortgage lender before you call me. We need to know what your budget is so that you are not looking at homes that you don't want the monthly payment for.

The best advise I can give, is to always with sell with an agent. There is a lot involved in selling your home and finding a buyer is just step 1 of long process. Having an agent can actually save you a ton time and money. We are experts that are looking out for your best interest. Your home is most likely your largest asset. Why would you want to try and wing? You can get experts who have done this sometimes 100x more then you and have a higher success rate at getting it sold in a shorter time frame.

I have worked with all types of buyers and sellers. From buyers who are 1st time home buyers, dream home buyers, up-grading to forever home to someone looking for a 2nd home. I will work with anyone if you are ready, willing and able to buy!

The best transaction are those that the buyer or seller are informed of the process. It takes away much of stress if we sit down and take the time up front to talk through the process and what to expect.

I got started in Real Estate because I wanted to have my own business and work with people. I come from a background of negotiation in a previous career and always loved looking at houses and working with people. It seemed to naturally fit and I have loved it ever since!
